All group therapy sessions are private pay only.

GROUP SESSIONS

Group Sessions happen every other week and are 75 minutes in length all participants have to commit to being present during group sessions.

The various types of groups offered are social skills groups, mutual aid groups (depression, anxiety, trauma), gender-specific groups, parent support groups, and addiction recovery groups.

Group therapy offers a very powerful opportunity to have a guided practice by peers and therapists and process difficulties within a group.

As you can imagine this can be a scary step if you are not ready; however when the time comes this can be a very powerful and successful model in learning to support others, taking perspective, dropping our guard, and progressing with intergrading into a larger world of acceptance.
